This is the last i heard from Samsung about 6 weeks ago, and then nothing to this day.

Can i see everyone else' follow up comm. from samsung electronics regarding their claim?

You can follow up by calling them, or by email, both the support email and number is included in the notification email you receive.

I received an email today to say congratulations my claim has been successful. So not sure what that means. It has been less then a week on my end
