I have claimed free buds for my s22ultra and I got the reference number but I haven't received it any email from you guys, worse part is that we are approaching the deadline for the promotion. I feel like I have been scammed to buy this phone

Apparently it's Courier IT and most comments are horrendous.

Some say they never got their buds as the courier vehicle was robbed... others say they got way bill numbers but when they check it the courier says they attempted delivery and never arrived at the destination.. lol I really dunno. I think I might as well purchase the buds

I see, thank you for letting me know. I can only imagine. I find that very odd though its honestly insane well I mean it is here so these things are expected but it honestly is ridiculous. Samsung needs to take responsibility for this as they should have ensured that even after the pre order gifts where shipped that they were delivered to the rightful customers. Lol I can understand, I wish I could purchase them but them mad expensive. Just hoping the delivery comes through. I'm going to have to phone Samsung tomorrow and try and get information on delivery. Do you thing contacting Courier IT would be of any help?

Same here, 11 days and only received my reference number from samsung for my claim but no tracking details
