I have claimed free buds for my s22ultra and I got the reference number but I haven't received it any email from you guys, worse part is that we are approaching the deadline for the promotion. I feel like I have been scammed to buy this phone

I called them today got the approval done. Just waiting on the courier to call for delivery....

Believe me when I say I held on the line for about an hour before I got through to an agent.

Yes, me too. Phoned them twice, more than 30 minutes, they replied

I held on the line for about 30 minutes on 4 different occasions in the same day before the approval got done.

Me too. Today is the 13th working day and I'm also still waiting. Didn't receive any call from the courier service to even setup a delivery date. Is Courier IT doing the service for the buds? Anyone can confrim please?
