I would like to let everyone know that i bought Galaxy Note 20 Ultra from MTN right after the launch.

As Samsung were advertising that first 6000 customers will get free Samsung Buds, but unfortunately when I send them all the required information of my purchase, they have refused to give away Samsung Buds.

I would say this is so disgusting n disappointing for me, as well as I didn't even get my YouTube premium. 

So this is going to be my last ever Samsung device.

@hinaxx the problem here is MTN, not samsung. I myself am a MTN customer and can tell you I have been fighting for a month with MTN to get it resolved. SAMSUNG stepped in and withing 5 minutes it was sorted.
