I want to put in a complaint to samsung because I have trying to get a hold of the promotion team regarding my watch and earbuds bur no answer on the number or on email.
Please can someone phone me urgently otherwise the delivery will be a fail.
This is very bad service from samsung 😒

This is very very bad service from samsung. Im done with samsung i wil rather take a Iphone and pay a bit more but atleast you get service out of Apple

In the chat I mentioned the email kept bouncing / rejected, having no response and I also mentioned i could not get through via the call. I also told them on what date I have received my claim mail and have not received info from their courier partner
