Good day ,I bought two samsung A 35 came out with a smartwatches and earbuds ,I claimed my gift but know it is impossible to track can someone please assist coz I waste my airtime calling samsung they just don't pick up calls ,

Even if they gave you a Waybill number to track it. It also won't go "LIVE" until the courier has the package in hand. So don't believe them if they say the courier collected it. It takes 5-7 business days or at most up to 14, according to certain feedback.

Same thing is currently happening to me.

On the 28th of November 2024, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A55 and successfully claimed my free promotional gifts on the same day. The verification process went smoothly, and everything was confirmed. However, it's now been over two weeks, and I’ve yet to receive any proper communication from the Promotions Department regarding the delivery of my complimentary gifts – the Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 Watch and the Samsung Galaxy Earbuds.

After all this waiting, I only received an email recently stating that the Samsung Galaxy Fit 3 Watch is out of stock. What am I supposed to do now? Was this entire promotion just a gimmick to get customers? I'm frustrated and would appreciate some clarity and honesty on how this situation will be resolved.

I also claimed my reward when I bought my A25 but it still says claim successfully since 3rd of December haven't received anything. I give up.

I bought 2 Samsung A35 phones and got a email saying my claim is approved and should arrive in 7-14 business days
But i cannot track the location of my gift
