Thanks for being with Samsung and for sharing your feedback. Sir, Samsung offers you the worst value on the product released. Updates are not rolling out by time to time for the devices, However it totally depends on given Paisa of the mobile with the devices. Nougat is already planned for the next generation Samsung devices soon these are not going to receive the nougat update

yeh to sahi hai agar noughat pe aya to phone mai bahot sari problems a jati hai brothers jaise s6 s7 and s8 mai chal rahi hai ..samsung ko uodate banana nahi ata ..mahine mahi e wo ise rakh kar pata nahi kya dekhte hai and last mai bugs report issue problems ate hai .
so ab ye kyu boltee ho sab log ek ek application daal do feedback form ke sath consumer court mai ki samsung jyada paise leta hai and updates bahot slow deta hai wo bhi bahot ghatiya updates deta hai..
frends hamne apna paisa diya hai and user aggrement mai aisa kuch nhi likha jaha par ye likha ho ki agar hum satisfy nahi hai kisi cheej se to complaints nahi kar skte hai..
maine last month consumer court mai complaknts diya tha samsung ke against ki ye softwere update slow karata hai and price bahot jyada hai

aap sab log complaints de sakte ho free of cost hai bus 50 rupees ka form ata hai usme bharke dedo..maine bhi diya hai frends mere saath mere aur frends ne bhi diya hai mujhe lagta hai aap sabh ko ye karna cahiye ab kyuki ab ye uodate to denge nahi aise ..paise bhi hamse 40k ki line se liye and operate hame 5k wala bhi nahi kar rhe hai ..isse ache to wo micromaxxx karbonn intex lawa 7000 ke phone maj noughat with 64 gb 4 gb ram de rhe hai..socho jaggo india jaggo
