OthersI am trying to connect my new S22 to an at-home bike & corresponding app (Inspire Cycle IC1.5) via bluetooth without any luck (error message: "An app is needed to use this device"). This appears to be a known Samsung issue and I have tried various app resets per other similar threads/error messages but that isn't fixing the issue.
I am able to connect to the bike using an old Android device (although that device is experiencing bluetooth turning on/off sporadically so other set of issues) so I know the bike/bluetooth/app is actually working...just not on my S22. I've reached out to the bike maker and this is not on their end.
The app is the "Inspire Fitness" from Google Play and it is current (just uninstalled/reinstalled on Thurs 1/26/2023 and restarted the phone) and the app has been removed from all other devices in our home so it is only installed on my primary phone the S22 (there are no login conflicts on multiple devices).
Help!
Thanks in advance.

OthersThis is a garbage response that works for no one. I have a Bluetooth thermometer that will not connect to S23 with the response that " An app is needed to use this device". Bluetooth is not a new technology and is open to all. It is unacceptable in 2023 to not be able to connect easily.
