s10 working slow when put to high performance mode

I have issues regarding the slow performance for s10 

When i put s10 on high performace mode it is working slow 

And when i put to optimize mode or medium power saving its working is fine ..i have no idea what it is 

May be samsung should name high performance to slow performace or something ..

Needs to improve samsung 

Not expected this time
