Does anyone have any idea as to why the rear speaker kit is silent when connected to TV ARC mode but working in all other modes. This is since the product has arrived, thats since day before yesterday. Strange, such a new product and such pathetic performance.
Also does Samsung have an Android app for this Soundbar. The Audio Remote app is not getting installed on Samsung M30 as well.
Few folks from your customer experience team are now in touch with me. Expecting a solution today as promised.by them. The issue with the rear speakers is an intermittent one, so it seems the set itself is a bad one. With respect to the android app please guide if there is any solution.
