It's been out from January it might be because of your Settings that you only might have enabled for wifi Only or take the device to nearby Samsung Store

I meant service centre. Did you root your device any time before ? They have tools that can help you know why it is not getting updates.

No, I have not root my device...I have just factory reset it 3 or 4 times

Go one step backward and take a screenshot that is not update settings page. Also try to share your model number and make sure to edit image and remove personal infromation including MAC addresses and IMEI Numbers
