My A50 mobile not working properly on paytm app my paytm is fully updated

Clear the cache of app.

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps:

1- Settings > apps > tap on 3 dots (Upper right corner) > reset app preferences.

2- Settings > apps > tap on 3 dots > show system apps > paytm app > storage > clear cache > go back > force stop.

3- Clear the RAM memory of device (Settings > Device care > Memory > Clean Now).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).

+1 for note 20 ultra 5G. Not moving ahead of login screen when phone number is entered.

My new Samsung Galaxy M56 mobile has an issue with Payatm app. Payatm app gives error msg that "you are using non standard firmware. Please restore your phone to an official firmware".
