paytm app issue

My A50 mobile not working properly on paytm app my paytm is fully updated

Clear the cache of app.

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps:

1- Settings > apps > tap on 3 dots (Upper right corner) > reset app preferences.

2- Settings > apps > tap on 3 dots > show system apps > paytm app > storage > clear cache > go back > force stop.

3- Clear the RAM memory of device (Settings > Device care > Memory > Clean Now).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).

My samsung galaxy s23 ultra not working on paytm paytm app and my phone is fully updated but its alwys close when i enter my no to login

+1 for note 20 ultra 5G. Not moving ahead of login screen when phone number is entered.

On s23 ultra paytm is not working help me
