is it good to clean all recent apps all the time in all samsung device

i have seen too many people saying that cleaning recent apps all the time is not good for smartphones ram and they use to say that cleaning background applications all the time makes the phone slow. So,samsung what is your opinion we should do it all the time or we should never clean them

yes it is true but only close all apps when you are going to sleep or not using it for long time.
