Just select any contact, and select video icon while calling..

Note: To use video calling, both the devices should support this feature..plus your network provider should have provided this option

when i tried calling from other device (mi4A) popup message is displayed on screen "other device (A70) is not supporting this feature"

Which sim are you using? Just check in your device that while calling someone, do you get video icon option or not? Bhai, ek baar, check kar lo apne network provider se because A70 me video calling option hai, jio sim lagakar dekh lo..

its an automatic function. both people caller and receiver have 4G enabled phones to ise this function yes you can do video call from calling functions
