no that was an airtel sim and I use jio but still I see that

then i got no idea.... cause i have seen it work only from jio to jio and that to on samsung phones only

ok then say I want to call a jio number and I want my no as a important call on his mobile.
how can I turn this on for all the jio users

for that bro make sure both phones support rich communication on jio's network (eg if both are samsung phones), just call that other number and you'll get this switch while the call is ringing.
