galaxy entertainer

I can't open my entertainer in my benefits tab

The timer comes and nothing happens after, 

Anyone know how to fix it?

try clearing the app data.. i mean your galaxy entertainer app,. happen to me once, all i did is clear the data or try reinstalling the app

but I never opened it from the galaxy Entertainer app

I was using it from the Samsung members benefits tab

whenever I try to download the package for my country the timer comes and doesn't go away

nope I've used it like 6 to 7 times from benefits tab
