doubt on application

I have using the Samsung a20 with Airtel prepaid SIM today I have noticed that there is an pre,installled application called MY AIRTEL .  So I thought that is included with Airtel thanks. So to check this I have uninstalled it. After that also I found that application on my mobile. Can anyone say is it a preinstallled application or any type of malware or spyware.

Please be informed that the app is automatically get generated when you insert any SIM in the device and it can not be uninstalled. However, it is a default app.

To uninstalled the Airtel application kindly once coordinate with the Airtel network service provider.
