doubt on application

I have using the Samsung a20 with Airtel prepaid SIM today I have noticed that there is an pre,installled application called MY AIRTEL .  So I thought that is included with Airtel thanks. So to check this I have uninstalled it. After that also I found that application on my mobile. Can anyone say is it a preinstallled application or any type of malware or spyware. 

Please clear my doubt

All airtel apps starts with letter A. Seems like virus or malware. It will help if you can upload screen recording of how you are viewing app info.

that is preinstalled app,you can disable it,but can't uninstall

Now I have searched on internet. and founded that it is preinstallled when we insert the Airtel sim on the mobile. it is not a malware or any thing. THANKS FOR ALL
