Dear sir, I've purchased a s9 plus on 14 juld from flipkart but the phone's iris scanner and proximity sensor is not working. I think this is a defected piece. So please kindly help me . Please replace my phone. I've never expected this type of cheating from Samsung . Very bad service and not happy with the product. Kindly request you to please do something. Thank you.

sir I'm from begusarai bihar and jb main service centre gya to waha pe wo log bol rhe iska sensors aur iris scanner wagers sb change karna hoga aur ye sb parts unke pass nahi hain. aur avi Lockdown ke karan aa v ni pa rha . unka kehna h avi kuch ni ho skta .,

It's the fault of Flipkart, Flipkart provided the defective model, but you should have checked it after you got it delivered, If it is in warranty, Go to service centre they will surely, Help you.
