call recording

I'm using galaxy Note 10+ but there is no call recording option. So how to own it ???

my friend is ur in gulf region ..you will not have that feature in your phone because call recordings are ban in those countries.you will have to change the region but I dont know how if any one know how to change region please help us out thank you✌
