c9pro not supporting otg

c9pro not supporting otg (pendrive, mouse, or keyboard). I tried everything, safe mode, c type connector (given in box), but nothing happens. Need help

i connected micro usb type otg through that connector.

i have solved my issue.. buy a type c otg... the adopter in the can be use only to connect micro usb cables.. not otg
