1) First check if its working with the other device or not, if yes then device has a problem, if no then move to next step
2) Forget this pairing and pair it again 3) Turn on flight mode and switch it off 4) Go to general management and select reset, here you will find reset network settings-click ok 5) Go to Settings>>applications>>click at 3 dots>>select reset apps prefrences 6) Run your device in safe mode and check if any 3rd party apps are causing this issue
