The phone does not fast charge .. what is the proplem?

It take with fast charge more than 1hours and 50 
minute.. 

Anyone  knows?

Mention your phone model, check with other charger, check with other cable. Make sure you use fast charger and supportive cable.

i use s10+ with the new charge and cable .. my phone is new i just bought it before 3 months

So it's under warranty. Go to service centre and check it there free.
