automatic screen lock

Hi, can someone help me regarding my automatic screen lock. I've done all the possible ways like on/off my samsung mobile, clear caches, reset but still it wont automatically lock even I set it immediately on the settings.

When I'm charging, the screen is off/locked but when I removed it from charging, then it wont automatically lock so my screen is on all the time.

This thing stresses me off coz I need to bring with me every time my charger.

Would be best to get this issue checked at a certified Samsung Service Center. Find the nearest one to you online!

I think i solved in on my own. I'm using the fingerprint lock and when I tried to disable it, then I've noticed the issue was resolved.
