I am A.Sudalai. I have been using Samsung mobile for many years .I have a complaint regarding the service centre in trichy.
There was a receiver problem in my Samsung Galaxy A31 mobile , so I approached the Samsung service centre which is located in Balaji Electronics,Trichy.
I agree that their service was very good in changing the Receiver . I even got back my mobile within half an hour after the service.But during the service process they have created some mild cracks in the backdoor of the mobile ,which i didn't notice while getting back the mobile after the service since I had stuck a transparent sheet on my mobile back door . The cracks were noticeable only in the sunlight whereas it was not visible in the indoor light(LED LIGHT) which was provided in the service centre.
After the notification of the cracks I called and in person went to the service centre but they are not ready to accept the fault. there may be no other reason for cracks on my mobile phone.
I request you to take necessary steps regarding the complaint as mentioned above.
