Samsung BU8000 UI issues

I am posting here to understand whether the samsung tv ui is very buggy. I have this problem from starting

Service people comes to reset the tv not solve the problem and if we insist its not sorted they will say its motherboard issue and ask for 20k.

Worst experience from sales and service. I am not sure other samsung tv members have this issue as well.

I already contacted the helpline as mentioned above. Its of no use and technicians are not giving proper solution.
