Hi All,

I have an active Jio fiber connection. However due to some issue, my old Jio fiber router got replaced with new router & Wi-Fi calling is stopped working on my 3 samsung galaxy phones.

Have tried below troubleshooting steps
1) Enable wifi calling option, but it gets disabled automatically after 2-3 minutes.
2) Reset network settings on my phone
3) Reset app preferences 
4) Reset my phone to factory reset
5) Reset my new router as well

Still it is not working. 

With my old Jio fiber router the function was working fine, post replacing the router it stopped working. Any guidance would be very much helpful 🙏

Try "reset network" setting on the phone.

Did you change the DNS settings on your router? In Jio a change in DNS breaks WiFi Calling. Try switching to a Jio DNS.

Hi All,

Thanks for your support. Just wanted to update on my issue.

If any one is using Jio Fiber connection and not able to make Wi-Fi calling option on your cell phone, please call Jio Fiber team and get the option enabled by their backend team.

I have done it today & same started working on my phone.
