It is 45w PD charger, yes its available in India

No my friend it is 25watt PD adaptor this type of adaptor only available this adaptor type quality issue when it was drop it was breaked on that two pin side

This 25 watt adaptor good quality compare to new one when adaptor size increase heat level decrease when charging. When adaptor size small heat increase in that adaptor while charging

That's just an old design. I have already purchased it and it comes with the new design, the one which you're referring to. The one you showed and the one I added a link to have the same serial number, EP-TA800. The website shows the old images but you will infact get the new one.
