Samsung A30 to Samsung developers- AM I A JOKE TO YOU?? where is the update???

The phone is suffering from battery drain and heating issues and lagging performance.

Galaxy M and S series smartphones are not in Android one program that Samsung is bound to provide security patch updates for every month. It is their choice whether they will provide or not. And everyone should keep it in mind that these are budget series and midrange smart phones and not flagship or android one. If you guys are looking for every month security patch update use android one smart phones or pixel device.

And samsung is famous for bugs and bad optimization for a long period of time and they will continue until and unless people's like us make them feel that what they are doing is wrong and stop supporting sales of their crappy smartphones which has just cosmetic looks

You can have the battery life upgraded by simply: â— turning off automatic brighness (no sensors, uses camera which drains a battery the most) â— Turning off smart stay which also uses the camera and eats the battery
