OthersScreen freeze
Hi. Suddenly my screen start freezing for some seconds (10-15 secs or until I reopen the screen)the last days.
I downloaded totalvirus and I found out something called Fortinet...
I never had this application on my phone.
It's new. A Samsung A14. I have it 7 months.
When I tried the total virus app I found in 2 places on my phone a problem.
In scan, it says next to Fortinet this: Android/generic.5.506
I have this on message on :
Samsung cocktail bar service
Android html viewer
And android safety information
In those 3 categories
What's that? Is there a possibility that this is causing screen freeze?

OthersWe apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing with your Samsung mobile. It's unfortunate to hear that you're facing issues with frequent freezing. We recommend following these steps:
1. Ensure your device has enough battery.
2. Reboot the device by pressing and holding the Volume down and Power buttons simultaneously for approximately 10 seconds.
3. Download updates manually:
- On your device, navigate to and open Settings.
- Swipe to and then tap Software update or System updates (this may vary between models).
- Tap Download and install or Check for software updates. If an update is available, it will begin downloading, though you may need to tap Download now on some devices.
4. Make sure your device has enough space.
