In India Truecaller is one of the popular application for caller identification. Samsung phone application is integrated with HIVA service which is more popular in United States and not in India.
if there is a larger user base in India, we using something which is located in United States and does not have any local presence.
Will it be possible for Samsung to create one service based out of Truecaller instead of hiya to integrate caller identification feature??
