OthersIt's my real story about purchasing Mobile from offline shop.
Actually, the shopkeeper has scammed me in a way. The situation is like this: it's a common practice that the shopkeeper gives some kind of gift to everyone who buys a mobile phone from that store, especially during Pujo (a festival). So, I went to that store during Pujo and asked for the Galaxy F34 along with the charger as a gift. The shopkeeper cleverly combined the prices of both products and told me the total was 17,000. Just as if I had bought them separately online, I would have paid a different price. The bill only mentions the mobile cost as 16000+1000=17000, with no mention of the charger. At that moment, I didn't say much because I neither gained nor lost amount from it. Now, a month later, when the charger became faulty and I went to claim the warranty, they refused, stating that since it was given as a gift, no warranty would be provided. I don't have a bill, and I can't take any legal action. Even if I had bought the products from Flipkart/Amazon, I wouldn't have faced at least this. My ₹1000 gone wasted

Why don't you have bill, even it free it mentioned in bill and it will have full warranty, it was your fault and negligence. Go to samsung service center or contact samsung support through whatsapp and ask for resolution and you have to present the bill

I have the bill but there was mentioned only about the mobile with priced 17k. Charger is not mentioned anywhere

Contact support and ask them for resolution said you bought the Phone with yoh got the charger and its stopped working , ask for resolution

You cant claim it as charger is not included in phone. The dealer saved his gst and did not given the bill. You should contact the dealer for bill
