Hi All,
Samsung The Freestyle Projector Battery Base has a manufacturer defect that all users facing once battery depleted to0% it is not getting charge again instead it is showing as charging and not working later. This was reported by many users multiple times but every time samsung replaces battery base or delaying the process to stop supporting customer we paid around₹ 8-10K for each battery base irrespective of other battery (power banks) present in market and we are not getting proper service from samsung. We don't have choice but to go to consumer court with this if samsung is not responding on time with solution for this.

Note: The Freestyle Battery base made in South Korea and exported to all over the world but warranty/ gaurantee is not coverd all over the world what kind of product and service is it? Worst experience with Samsung and Brand image.

Yss that is already done and service head informed me that samsung is going to charge me 16K for service if go for repair of battery base which is the double the charge of product for manufacturer defect and made in Korea product it is not my problem it is samsungs problem for not doing proper research and evelopment and simply selling product later charging customer double saying warranty policy which is advantage to then even though it is not researched in india and not made in india / South africa and charging customer double the charges of MRP. This is literally a scam and fraud of SAMSUNG to the entire world.Customer is not earning money from tree SAMSUNG CEO from South Korea and India and from entire world should know that.
SAMSUNG must replace manufacture defects free of cost instead of charginv customer for manufacture defects and they should understand that by having communication with their own R&D team in South Korea and then they should respond.
If SAMSUNG can't learn from their mistakes then that is the downfall of their own brand SAMSUNG should remember it.
