System ui is not responsinding, many times

Why does my phone freeze when connected to WiFi and say system UI Not responding and the switch off completely

*Update software
*Reset "All Settings"
*Reset Apps Preferences

It's already on latest version
I have reset the phone 4 times

Clear System UI Cache: Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > See all apps > System UI > Storage > Clear Cache. 

Free up space: Delete unnecessary files and apps to free up storage space and RAM.

It's not because of storages
