Following the update, there were a few issues that emerged. Prior to the update, I received a response from the company, but after almost a month, they requested me to contact customer service from the country where I purchased the phone. Consequently, there is no alternative for me to submit a bug report. Even if I do, it will be the same reply over and over again. Furthermore, there are a few applications that do not work, such as Samsung Wallet, Secure WiFi, and others. It seems that the updates are inconsistent. 
When the phone is unlocked for international use, customer service becomes ineffective and there is no warranty offered internationally. Furthermore, automated responses are provided.

As you have shared the device concerns with our error report team and they have provided you with information indicating that, due to the overseas variant, they cannot proceed with the issues. This is because the overseas device has features and specifications that depend on the hardware and software based on the manufacturing country.

Therefore, they suggest that you coordinate with the representative in the country from which your product originates. They can share information regarding the Indian variant that they are working on.
