I'm very confused by how Samsung rolls out it's software updates in South Africa💀 It's honestly a circus in my opinion at this point.

One can never know coz I have seen people complaining about the S23 series after the update.

They're dropping the ball if that's the case. They're the best Android brand so far but Google and Xaiomi are hot on their heels. I think Oppo is also coming up

If that's the case, then flagships should still get it first. Whether the other series should wait.

I hear you but why not at least roll out the monthly security updates for S22 Ultra? We're literally sitting on the 1 October patch. We missed November and is fast approaching to miss the December security patch as well. It's highly concerning.

I don't know how things work with the security patches. But maybe the october version is stable for the phone and there are no vulnerabilities to address. My A33 is on the October security patch and my A52S is on the November patch. I was expecting the November patch for my A33 but I eventually forgot about it😂

There are devices that receive monthly security patches, quarterly patches and those that receive two patches in a year. My A73 receivesve quarterly patches while my wife's A53 receives monthly patches
