Hi
Thank you for reaching out. I understand your Samsung Galaxy A35 5G is experiencing repeated crashes, overheating, and restarts after the Android 16 / One UI 8.0 update. Here are some steps you can try:

1. Clear Cache of System Apps:

Go to Settings > Apps > Show system apps > Android System Services

Tap Storage, then Clear cache.

2. Check for Software Updates:

Go to Settings > Software Update > Download and install to ensure you have the latest patch, as Samsung sometimes releases minor fixes after major updates.

3. Safe Mode:

Restart the phone in Safe Mode to check if a third-party app is causing the issue.

Press and hold the Power button, then tap and hold Power off until Safe Mode appears, then tap Safe Mode.

4. Device Care:

Avoid heavy usage while the issue persists.

Remove any case and keep the device cool to prevent overheating.

If the problem continues, it may require a software repair at a Samsung service center. You can also contact Samsung Support online or via chat to explore remote troubleshooting options.

We understand your time is limited, but these steps help prevent further device damage.

As a last resort if all else fails you may need to perform a Factory Reset
Backup your data first.

Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory data reset.

This removes any corrupted software causing the issue.

💡 Tip: Repeated “Android Services Library keeps stopping” errors can overheat the phone. If the above steps don’t help, Samsung Support may need to reinstall the firmware remotely or at a service center.
