It's not supported officially. It's stuck on Android 9. Plus it is 4 years old. You can go the unofficial route by upgrading it but it is very complicated by flashing the ROM.
When the phone came out, it had Android 7 so at that time 2 platform updates was the norm for the S series and it had also had 2 years of additional security updates support.
