Bixby used to be good since i downloaded the latest version of Bixby it said every time i asked it i didn't understand that Samsung please fix this

calibrate or config your bixby again.. you can try clearing the data of your bixby app

Reinstall it.. Delete older profile and configure a new one.. However Bixby is still a baby.. Compared to Siri or even Cortana.. Lets see how it will evolve 😜😉
