Our 5-in-1 convertible Samsung refrigerator is forming ice cubes in convertible mode and in freezer off mode, and when they checked it, they recorded negative temperatures, yet the service team insists there is no issue. If it forms ice then what 
 is the use of those freezer convertible and freezer off modes. Samsung is cheating the customers .

Still they are cheating us by telling everything is fine even if we are getting freezing temperatures in convertible mode and freezer off mode

Yes, Samsung is cheating customers. They are selling faulty Products to customers.

As far as Samsung Refrigerators are concerned, they are very very bad as compared to Whirlpool and other Refrigerators. We have purchased both from Flipkart on the same day. Whirlpool Refrigerator has been working very fine in last 3 months but Samsung Refrigerator never works properly. And support team always makes excuses and never replaces or repairs the product.
