This is regarding a Samsung refrigerator model no RT54K6558SL/TL with serial no. 0DEJ4DBM700890M. I bought on 21/9/2019 from reliance digital zsquare mall, kanpur, uttar pradesh. This refrigerator is faulty and it has stop working now which is twice in the warranty period. Earlier also a complaint was made no. 4301577822 which was resolved by changing the compressor and pcb. It worked for 10 days and again its not working. According to the Samsung repair agent there is a internal gas leakage. The current complaint no is 4303209706.
The issue being not resolved yet after being month's of making complaints and several emails being sent.

OthersRight but let the customers aware
Samsung Refrigerators are very very bad as compared to Whirlpool and other Refrigerators. We have purchased both from Flipkart on the same day. Whirlpool Refrigerator has been working very fine in last 3 months but Samsung Refrigerator never works properly. And support team always makes excuses and never replaces or repairs the product.
