OthersI'm facing a frustrating issue with my Samsung order. I placed an order for two Samsung A55 devices on the official Samsung website, but the order status has been stuck on "Order Validation" since the beginning.
I've reached out to Samsung support multiple times, both via chat and phone, but unfortunately, they haven't been able to provide a clear explanation or a resolution. All I've heard is that they've "escalated the issue to the concerned department."
I have an urgent trip to India coming up and need to know the status of my order as soon as possible. I ordered these devices as gifts and am worried that this delay might ruin my plans.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or has any advice on how to get a quicker resolution? I'm really concerned about the status of my order and my money.
