Hi All,

Did anyone notice why the samsung device are not able to recognize sound track info like Album, Artist. It happened after upgrading to Android version 10. Please check the screen shot where the Album is shown as "unknown" just below song title. Any suggestions.

Check if your songs has proper album/artist tags.

Or simply clear cache and data of music app and then check the issue.

Hi Vicky, Thank You for your reply. I uninstalled the app, clear cache and tried with Amazon music app as well. No luck all apps not showing the Album, Artist info.

Because the song you downloaded does not have the name of the artist prebuilt.

no it was same songs which were there in OS 9 only after upgrade to OS 10 I started see this.
