Dear Samsung 
please take down this point system or level points...
no one is superior here..people feel they are superioir when they reach higher levels..people misusing it..
where one can say it in one line people are commenting in more than 5  lines just to gain more points..(each comment 10 points, 5 comments 50 Points.. )

copy paste link to their posts, their YouTube links. just make it less interesting..

genuine posts go un-noticed..

Yes i understand and i have read in the level notice that if multiple users report a person they will consider blockind the id. So please report these people.

I do agree, but if anyone is posting spam then you can very well report it.
People are posting genuine information and link to their post for useful information. And if someone is doing it to achieve higher level I think nothing wrong in that.
also people achieving higher level will not be getting any benefit out there.
