When I factory reseted my Samsung a52 

Then I was able to permanently delete Facebook 

I don't know how ,before reset there was only option to disable Facebook but no option for Uninstall 

See ss there are not even Facebook services

Are all s52 users able to unistall Facebook?

If you cannot uninstall normally, use ADB. Go to XDA developers and search, its a cool trick.
