Unnecessary meta app

Hello Samsung 

Please let know why these apps are in device even when we don't have Facebook messanger app and even Uninstalled pre-installed Facebook app

Why we don't have rights to Uninstall these as these r not system apps 

Even in secure folder these r running in background 

Samsung ui don't have default clock app it get installed when u connect device to internet and u can Uninstall it later aswel but this junk u can not Uninstall

Bro I have reset my phone and Uninstalled all unnecessary pre-installed apps like fb , also not installed any new app still these services app is there , and main point is why we don't have right to uninstall these if we don't want it
These r not system apps that very crucial for android to run
Why 3rd company apps are not allowed to uninstall
I have disabled these next day again these r running
