When I factory reseted my Samsung a52 

Then I was able to permanently delete Facebook 

I don't know how ,before reset there was only option to disable Facebook but no option for Uninstall 

See ss there are not even Facebook services

Are all s52 users able to unistall Facebook?

I don't think it got completely uninstalled. If its written in the manifest xml file, it will find a way to reinstall itself. Wait for a few days keeping your data on. Then see what happens. I am eager too.

In A52 & A72 you can Uninstall Facebook other than these devices don't have option to Uninstall Facebook

I can uninstall in M31s, and I did.
