I have been using this Id for around 1,1.5 year .That time I also used to post about my phone and queries about the device as well as admin was answering my all the queries too. I see people are revealing their problems in the community but admin doesn't reply at all right? Then what is this community for if you don't want to help ur costumers ?

yes bro ur right they are even not considering our query jus by saying we are luking forward to solve this ASAP....here only we can throw out our frustration thats all nothing will resolve or gets any reply from them

Helping users with their queries is not only the work of the admin. We all being a part of Samsung Members should help each other.

This is not a facebook group or whatapp group where admin will play role

this is community forum under Samsung member where You do discuss things

to resolve issues you have the section get help in Samsung member app .

Samsung member has these parts

community = to discuss
gallery = stuffs for photo media

etc etc

other than discussions or media share

if there is any product issue goto GET HELP option not here
