 I am a loyal Samsung customer and actively participate in all the contests. When I finally won a contest, I still have to go through all the trouble requesting for the prize and to my dismay, there's not a single follow up to my emails. 

Requesting you to look into this and if anybody can help regarding this.

Make sure you are using voucher with the account linked to same email/mobile. It's written in the instructions 1733495764047.jpg

I'm using my personal email linked account. I redeemed my previous voucher in the same account. No issues then. Now when I applied voucher an error showing "offers corresponding with this coupon not best" Invalid voucher code. I changed product category but still same error came.
